SHIPPING + PICKUP BEGINNING DECEMBER 4 - if you order something in addition to this book in the same shipment, you will receive all items at once in one shipment once the book arrives. Your planner will be available for free local (Toronto) pickup OR shipping beginning the first week of December. We use a courier service at this time to ensure your package will arrive to you safely.
Due to the nature of shipping globally and this website, if you do choose shipping you will be charged a flat rate (typically $11-25 depending on your location). This rate is expedited and includes insurance. You may receive a request for completion of shipping costs if rates calculated that day are higher through the off-site service used. We are in solidarity with Canada Post and any orders placed before December 5 may be unforunately sent via a courier service as I am out of the country. Any order placed thereafter will wait until Canada Post reconvenes or you may contact me for an alternate route. You may also receive a refund if the initial rate paid is lower; there is always an attempt to get you the lowest rate possible. Please note however, that if you select shipping and change your mind to local pickup after payment, I am unfortunately only able to reimburse you up to 50% of the pre-paid shipping cost due to fees outside of my control.
Length of a Candle does not offer refunds or order cancellations. I send tracking information and suggest you sign up for notifications by our shipping provider once tracking has been sent to you as once the package is out of our studio, it is out of our responsibility. Our cost includes reduced duties + shipping. Sarah pays her contributors a living wage. She is an independent small business and only works with the same. This work is truly a labour of love with so much energy poured into it’s creation. Each time you open it’s pages, something new is revealed for an entire year. It is worth every penny and can be reflected upon again and again to mark your progress. A highly coveted and annually sold-out resource for years, may Many Moons be a gift to your future self.
